The Los Angeles Galaxy chose the Manhattan Beach Pier to host a meet up introducing their new jerseys to their fans.  Galaxy players, staff and clinic teams were on hand to sign autographs, give out calendars, play sand soccer and hang out with their fans who drove from as far as Santa Cruz.  The LA Galaxy reached out to local instagramer Pete Halvorsen to help promote the event to his followers through an “instameet”, where instagram users get together to take photos and meet new people.
