The second good surf swell of the season hit Los Angeles offering up head high plus surf for Mitch Coleborn, Kei Kobayashi, David do Carmo, Sara Locke, Dodo Veiga, Chris Wells, Rubiana Brownell, Wagner De Abreu and others.
