Redondo Beach is in the midst of a special election run-off for the office of City Treasurer after the mid-term retirement of long time Treasurer Ernie O’Dell. Recently, we sat down to talk separately with each of the two candidates who moved forward from the primary election to the run-off: Steve Diels and Dawn Esser.
