The best Peruvian Chicken Restaurant in Los Angeles?

I’ve driven by the famous yellow car with the chicken head on the roof for years but never stopped in so when the Chicken Shack contacted me to come in and try their food I was excited. I was expecting a basic rotisserie chicken menu. To my delight I discovered that they served many different meats all served Peruvian style. My favorite was the Lomo Saltaldo, Tender Angus beef sauteed with onions and tomatoes over a bed of french fries, served with white rice. Stop in the next time you’re in Hermosa Beach and give it a try.
